Strategy Group
The Chief Constable’s Management Team (CCMT) meets for a day each month with Basic Command Unit commanders, head of Human Resources, and head of Crime Support as the ‘Strategy Group’.
The Strategy Group regularly discusses:
- Senior appointments.
- Force performance.
- Key blocks of the
Strategic Plan 2008-11 (PDF 1.77 Mb - opens new window).
The head of Local Policing and the head of the Control Rooms and Enquiries Department are also invited to attend as and when there are relevant items on the agenda. The head of Human Resources is joined by the head of Personnel for senior appointment boards.
