Strategy Group
The Chief Constable’s Management Team (CCMT) meets for a day each month with Local Police Area commanders, the head of Human Resources, and the head of Crime Support as the ‘Strategy Group’.
The Strategy Group regularly discusses:
- Senior appointments.
- Force performance.
- Key blocks of the
Strategic Plan 2008-11 (PDF 1.77 Mb - opens new window).
The head of Neighbourhood Policing and Partnerships and the head of the Control Rooms and Enquiries Department (CR&ED) are also invited to attend as and when there are relevant items on the agenda. The head of Human Resources is joined by the head of Personnel for Senior Appointment Boards.
