Property services

David Griffin has been with Thames Valley Police as head of Property Services since 1997.

He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years professional experience in the commercial, construction and consultancy sectors of the property industry.

The first half of his career was spent in the private sector working for two of the country’s leading national firms where he was involved in commercial acquisitions and disposals, public sector client consultancy, and general estate management. Prior to joining Thames Valley Police, he was the national Head of Estates for a government-funded regeneration agency.
