The department’s responsibilities include Data Protection, Freedom of Information, Information Governance, Records Management, and compliance with the Code of Practice on the Management of Police Information (MoPI).
Marion has over 20 years’ experience working in information and knowledge management. Previous roles include Head of Information and Knowledge Management at The Open University, e-Information Manager at the National Audit Office and Head of Knowledge Management at the Higher Education Funding Council for England. She also spent time in the private sector, providing training and customer support for a software company.
