Chief Superintendent Paul Emmings

Paul Emmings has served with Thames Valley Police for 31 years and is currently the Chief Superintendent responsible for Resourcing and Resilience for the Force. He was previously the Basic Command Unit Commander for Buckinghamshire. Prior to this role he was the Local Police Area Commander for High Wycombe and Cherwell.
