What should I include in a complaint?

Please provide as much information as possible, including any crime or other reference numbers.

What to include in a complaint:

• Who was involved in the incident(s) that led to your complaint?
• Where did the incident(s) happen?
• When did the incident(s) happen?
• Please describe the circumstances that led you to feel that the police treated you badly.
• What was said and done.
• If any other people witnessed the incident, and details of any witnesses.
• If there was any damage or injury.
