Call Divert Scheme

The Thames Valley Call Divert Scheme (CDS) aims to raise awareness of the potential consequences of using a mobile phone while driving.

Drivers will then be able to make educated decisions about how and when to use modern communication technology during a journey. CDS is managed by Drive Tech (UK) plc and is supported by Thames Valley Police and the Thames Valley Safer Roads Partnership.

CDS aims to:

• Make sure that all drivers understand the law about using mobile phones when driving.
• Enable drivers to make educated decisions in the future about using their mobile phone when driving.
