Local priorities

The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

  1. Rural Crime – across the neighbourhood this is an issue with property being stolen for example - scrap metal, quad bikes, livestock and high value plant.
  2. Anti-social behaviour (ASB) – tackling anti social behaviour committed by individuals in the area that causes alarm and distress to the community. This includes anti social use of vehicles and speeding.
  3. Burglary – includes domestic dwelling and non dwelling burglaries to outhouses and sheds. The non dwellings burglaries also include business and industrial premises.

These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
