Local priorities

The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

1. Burglary dwelling - Burglary remains top of the list as a priority for the team we have had 3 reported cases in the last 4 weeks which is one less than the previous 4 weeks. Burglary patrols are ongoing as part of our daily patrols and both reactive officers and Neighbourhood officers are conducting patrols on a daily basis.

2. Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB / Noise) - There have been a few reported incidents of Anti- Social Behaviour (ASB) in the Buckingham district this month, this includes calls which consist of youths playing football, noise issues, youths congregating in the park and noisy parties. All jobs were dealt with by way of offenders being spoken to on the day and robust action taken against repeat offenders. or if no officers are available due to other commitments slow time enquiries and patrols.

These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
