Local priorities

The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

1. Burglary Dwelling - Burglary remains top of the list as a priority for the team. Burglary patrols are ongoing as part of our daily patrols and both reactive officers and neighbourhood officers are conducting patrols on a daily basis. If you see a member of the team please come and have a chat. We’d happily give you any advice.

2. Burglary Non Dwellings - There is still a number of sheds being broken into in the area. This is something we really want to reduce. So please ensure they’re securely locked. The team will be around and about and will happily give you advice on how to make your shed more secure

These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
