Local priorities

The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

  1. Burglary Dwelling - this is occurring in the Furzton and Shenley Lodge areas and Thames Valley Police have made it a force priority and the Neighbourhood Policing team will play its part in combating burglary.
  2. Theft from Motor Vehicles - this is an issue in the Furzton area and in order to assist us in combating this type of crime motorists are encouraged to ensure their vehicles are secure and any valuables left in the car are placed out of sight.

These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
