Application process

Prospective delegates can apply directly, or though their employer, for a place on an awareness day. It will be on a ‘first come first served’ basis, so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Project Griffin awareness days are being organised throughout the Thames Valley region. You will be given the option of a second and third choice session in case your first choice is fully booked.

How to apply

Please complete an application form for each delegate.

• Before you apply, please read the terms and conditions and cancellation policy.
• Apply online - Project Griffin application form (PDF 1.35 Mb - opens new window). Please complete page two of this application form and click ‘SUBMIT APPLICATION’ (this opens your email programme such as Outlook).
• Or fill in the form, print out and post to: Project Griffin, PO Box 361, Kidlington, OX5 9BZ.

Please note:

• A confirmation email or letter will be sent for reserved places or notification that the course is full.
• Once a place has been confirmed, the respective delegate or employer will be invoiced by Thames Valley Police.
