How to report hate crime

If you’re a victim of hate crime, please report it. All information that you give us is treated as confidential.

Reporting hate crime to police

• Call 999 in an emergency. It is an emergency when: a crime is being committed, there is a risk of injury, or a risk of serious damage to property.
• Call 0845 8 505 505, the 24-hour Thames Valley Police non-emergency number.

Reporting hate crime anonymously

You can report hate crime anonymously if you do not wish to report a hate crime incident to the police. Call Crimestoppers (opens new window) on 0800 555 111.
