At least one person will be available to take urgent media enquiries 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. When the Bureau is closed, urgent media enquiries should be directed to the Control Room Inspector on 01865 291029. If they are busy dealing with operational incidents, please leave a message and they will get back to you as soon as they can.
