Force Open Day 2011

Photo showing Force helicopter and Dog Section at the Open DayThames Valley Police will open its doors to the public this year for the sixth year running.

The Force Open Day will be held on Saturday 3 September 2011, from 10.00am to 4.00pm, at the Thames Valley Police Training Centre in Sulhamstead near Reading.

  • See the police helicopter and team.
  • Meet the mounted and dog sections.
  • Learn about different specialist police departments.
  • Tour the police museum.

Admission is £2.50 per adult (cash only), under-16s go free. No admission before 10.00am, last entry at 3.30pm.

Parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Disabled parking and wheelchair access is available. No dogs are permitted on site, except guide dogs. Food and refreshments available on site (cash only).
