There is an on-site police station at Piccadilly Circus which is staffed by Thames Valley Police throughout the Festival.

The police station is located behind the Main Stage and next to the guest and press check-in area.

Visit the Piccadilly Circus police station:

  • To report a crime or incident.
  • If you’re worried about crime or have been a victim of crime.
  • To get crime prevention tips.
  • To ask for directions.
  • Meet Thames Valley Police officers and staff.

This police station is staffed 24 hours a day, with officers on site throughout the Festival.

What to do in an emergency

In an emergency, either:

  • Call 999.
  • Speak to a police officer on site.
  • Speak to the nearest member of security, stewards or campsite staff.

There are over 2,000 security, stewards and campsite staff on duty, so please look out for them.

It’s an emergency when a crime is being committed, or there is a risk of injury, or there is a risk of serious damage to property.

There are several other ways that you can report a crime or incident, including by textphone and at local police stations. You can also report a non-emergency crime or incident online.
