Robbery – South Park, Oxford

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to a robbery in South Park yesterday (19/11).

At around 7.30pm, a 20-year-old woman was walking through South Park, from Cheney Lane towards Divinity Road, when a man approached her and tried to grab her bag.

Another man then joined in and they managed to steal her handbag and headphones.

Investigating officer Det Con Claire Argent said: “There could have been people around who saw this robbery happen and I ask anyone who may have any information to get in touch.”
