Robbery - Reading

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after a robbery in which a boy had his mobile phone stolen in Tilehurst, Reading.

At about 3.40pm on Thursday (11/10), the victim, aged 16, was walking in an alleyway between Mayfair and Grafton Road when he was grabbed and pushed onto the floor by two men.

The offenders demanded his belongings and he handed over his white apple iPhone mobile phone. The offenders then left in the direction of Grafton Road.

Both offenders are light skinned and of an Asian or Indian appearance, and are aged between 19 and 20-years-old.

The first man is slim, about 5ft 10ins and he was wearing a dark hooded top and dark trousers. The second offender is of large build and he was wearing a black hooded top and jeans.

Anyone who can recognise these individuals should contact police.
