Men jailed for affray - High Wycombe AMENDED

Four men have received prison sentences for their involvement in a fight which happened at Wycombe Air Park.
On 15 August 2011, a group of people set upon a 32-year-old man who sustained serious facial injuries in the attack.
Anthony Jay Anderson, aged 26, from Spring Gardens Road, High Wycombe was sentenced at Aylesbury Crown Court yesterday (7/2) to 15 months’ imprisonment for the affray and 16 months for a separate incident where he assaulted a 21-year-old man, fracturing his skull on the 12 March 2012. These sentences are to run consecutively (totalling 31 months).
Carey Luvance DeFreitas, aged 27, from Micklefield Road; Clint Morris, aged 33, from Gayhurst Road and Asher Anderson, aged 26, from Wembley, all received a sentence of 15 months’ imprisonment for affray.
Area Commander, Supt Gilbert Houalla, said: “The men have been sentenced for the crime that they committed and must now suffer the consequences of their actions.
“These men have been perceived by many in Wycombe as above the law, and I would like to send out a strong message to the community, that nobody is above the law and that if you commit a crime in the area, then you will be caught.”
