Serious injury road traffic collision – Oxford

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information following a serious road traffic collision in Oxford yesterday (9/4).
Shortly after 5.20pm a cyclist and a bus were in collision on Magdalen Bridge, near The Plain.
The cyclist, a 33-year-old man, was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital after suffering severe injuries to his head, neck and ribs.
He is currently still in hospital in a stable condition.
The road was closed while investigations were carried out at the scene and reopened at 7.15pm.
A number of witnesses came forward at the scene, but officers are keen to speak to anyone else who witnessed the collision.
