Appeal for witnesses to a sexual assault – Milton-under-Wychwood

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to a sexual assault in Milton-under-Wychwood.

The victim, a 16-year-old girl, was walking in Church Road at about 4.40pm on Thursday (17/4) when a man walked past her in the opposite direction.

The man then turned around and started to follow the victim.

The offender then put his arm around the victim and held onto her top, before pushing her against the wall of the church.

After a struggle, the victim managed to free herself and run towards the High Street.

The offender is white, about 17-years-old, with short messy dark hair, about 5ft 7in to 8in tall, and of slim to medium build.

He was wearing a luminous green round neck t-shirt which had light purple shapes detail.

The victim was not injured during the incident.
