Fatal collision - Warborough

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information following a fatal road traffic collision yesterday (1/5) in which a motorcyclist was killed.

Officers were called to the scene of the collision on the A329 Newington Road, Warborough, at 3.12pm after reports that a silver BMW motorcycle travelling along the road had lost control causing the rider to leave the road prior to a right hand bend in the road.

The 65-year-old rider, who was travelling with two other motorbikes, was treated by paramedics for his injuries but was pronounced dead at the scene.

PC Kev Crick said: “I would ask to anyone who was in the area who may have any information about this incident, to come forward and speak with me.”
