Assault occasioning ABH – Abingdon

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after an incident of actual bodily harm in Abingdon.
Around 12.15am on Thursday (19/6) a 32-year-old woman was walking from Tesco in Marcham Road, Abingdon when she was approached by a man.
The offender punched the victim a number of times which resulted in bruising to her right arm, a graze to the knee and bruising to the back of the head.
The victim did not require hospital treatment.

A 28-year-old man from Oxford was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning ABH and was released on police bail until 13 July.
