Sunday 20 March 2016, 10:41am
Thames Valley Police is releasing an e-fit image of a man police would like to speak in connection with an exposure.
At around 3pm on 20 January 2016, the victim, a 17-year-old girl, was walking in Preston Road, Abingdon.
A blue coloured saloon style car, possibly a Jaguar, with possible first letters of registration SP09, slowed down to a walking pace alongside the victim.
The driver of the car exposed himself to the girl through the car window before laughing and driving off in the direction of the River Thames.
The offender is white, in his early thirties, average height, slim build. He was wearing a light coloured t-shirt and jeans and was driving a light blue car that may have had a white rear number plate.
