Witney Rural neighbourhood

Local priorities

After consultation with the communities in the neighbourhood, the following priorities were identified:

  1. Anti-social behaviour. Underage drinking in Leafield and Ducklington sports ground
  2. Speeding. Motorists exceed speed limt in residential areas especially Hailey and New Yatt Road.
  3. Littering. Fly Tipping in lay bys and young people congregating in sports grounds and village halls.

Neighbourhood Action Group

These issues are now being tackled by the Neighbourhood Action Group (NAG) made up of local residents and partner organisations.
