Local priorities
The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:
- Alcohol-related anti-social behaviour. Rowdiness and alcohol-related disorder in areas around Friar Street, Hosier Street, Fobney Estate and Sackville Street.
- Drugs taking and dealing are concerns in the St Marys Butts area, outside St Marys Church and graveyard, Friar Street and footpath near to Salvation Army.
- Parking and Litter. Issues in Luscinia View and Napier Road have been raised by residents and the team are working with others towards a solution.
These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
