Farnham Common/Farnham Royal neighbourhood
Local priorities
The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:
- Burglary. There has been an increase in burglary across the neighbourhood. Burglary on dwellings appears to be focused in Farnham Common while burglary on non dwellings is scattered across both areas, but predominantly in Farnham Royal. Offences tend to occur during the day and the early hours of the morning.
- Theft from motor vehicles. There has been an increase in theft from motor vehicles across the neighbourhood. Offences occur during the day and the early hours of the morning. The key areas are Church Road and Blackpond Lane, Farnham Royal. Offences have also occurred throughout Farnham Common.
- Anti-social behaviour. This involves playing football in residential areas causing noise and disorder on The Broadway and Langtons Meadow in Farnham Common; Devonshire Green and Montague Close in Farnham Royal.
These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
