Slough Town Centre neighbourhood

Local priorities

The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

1. Shoplifting - There are public concerns about the frequency in stealing from shops and businesses in the High Street.
2. Street drinking - Increase in numbers, particularly in the area of the Job Centre at the west of the High Street.
3. Bicycle theft - Persistent problems in the number of bicycle thefts in and around the town centre.

These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
