Bullbrook neighbourhood

Local priorities

The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

  1. Parking. Lack of off-road parking leads to residents to park on roadsides causing obstruction to the roads or pavements; this is an issue across the Bullbrook area. The roads of partnership focus are those on the Goodways Drive estate, where parking problems are exacerbated by non residents parking in the road, which does enjoy a reasonable level of offroad parking for residents.
  2. Speeding. There is a perception that motorists exceed speed limit, highlighted roads are Park Road and Lily Hill Road.
  3. Houses of Multiple Occupancy - Issues relating to HMOs eg parking, over-crowding etc.

These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
