Lye Valley neighbourhood

Local priorities

The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

  1. Anti-social behaviour. Playing football on streets, noisy gatherings on front gardens and alcohol consumption until late at night.
  2. Traffic offences - parking and speeding. Parking issues around Cranmer Road, outside the Corner Public House and around St. Francis School. Speeding is a perception.
  3. Drugs. The Neighbourhood Action Group has identified key locations and they are monitoring the situation.

These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
