St Clements neighbourhood

Local priorities

The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

  1. Drunkenness / alcohol related anti-social behaviour - Relating to licensed premises on Cowley Road and Street drinkers on Cowley Road / Manzil Way
  2. Begging - Around the businesses in the area and in particular outside the supermarkets, resulting in people being intimidated and affecting the businesses
  3. Drug dealing / misuse - highlighted locations on and around Cowley Road.

These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
