Local priorities

The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

Traffic Related Issues – There are problems with Speeding on the Watermead Spinal Road and Elmhurst Road at all times when the traffic flow is light. There are also issues with illegal traffic manoeuvres at the traffic lights that link Buckingham Park and Watermead. With cars turning into the estate then performing a U turn into the slip road in peak traffic times during the week to avoid queuing.

These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
