Local priorities

The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

1. Burglary non dwelling – A male from Birmingham has been arrested and bailed following a couple of non dwelling burglaries in Worminghall at the end of May where over £30000 worth of items was stolen. The vehicle stolen during the burglary has been recovered. This has become a priority for the LPA with extra resources being tasked to patrol the area to prevent further offences.

2. Theft from motor vehicles– A male has been interviewed following a series of thefts from vans in Kingswood and Ludgershall at the beginning on June.

A further male has been charged to appear at court following two thefts from vans in Chearsley and several others across Buckinghamshire at the beginning of June. This has become a priority for the LPA with extra resources being tasked to patrol the area to prevent further offences.

These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
