Local priorities

The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:

House burglaries and non dwelling burglaries - are both down a 100% in the Waddesdon area in the last 4 weeks compared to this time last year, which is great news. It is not cause for complacency however and you should continue to do all you can to prevent your home being an easy target. If you would like a member of the team to visit your home to advise you on security please call us on 101 to arrange a visit.

Non dwelling burglaries are also down in the Haddenham area by 33%. We have had one more house burglary in the area than this time last year. A 38 year old male has been interviewed in relation to a shed burglary in Oakley before Christmas, but unfortunately there was insufficient evidence to charge him with any offences.

These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
