Operation Bachelor: Two bailed - Oxford

Two people arrested on Wednesday evening as part of Operation Bachelor have been bailed.

The 19-year-old man and 17-year-old youth were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply, and possession of a firearm at about 7.47pm in John Garne Way, Marston.

The have been bailed to appear back at St Aldates police station on 16 November.

Operation Bachelor is a two week operation to tackle serious acquisitive crime, provide crime prevention advice to students and target offenders in and around the Headington area.
