Katesgrove neighbourhood
Local priorities
After consultation with the communities in the neighbourhood, the following priorities were identified:
- Anti-social behaviour. Drunk people in Elgar Road, Whitley Street Shop area and Katesgrove Lane. Details about this issue are under review.
- Theft. Burglary incidents have been reported in the Waldeck Street, Collis Street and Elgar Road area. Details are under review.
- Drugs. Residents in the Elgar Road, Katesgrove Lane and Whitley Street areas have concerns with drug use and supply in their areas. Details are under review.
Neighbourhood Action Group
These issues are now being tackled by the Neighbourhood Action Group (NAG) made up of local residents and partner organisations.
