  I am Superintendent Gilbert Houalla, at present the Commander for Wycombe Police Area; I have been a serving officer for over 20 years. Previously I was head of covert operations in the Counter Terrorist Unit in the South East Region CTU (SE) and prior to that I was Head of Intelligence and Public Protection Unit and the Senior Investigating Officer on Oxfordshire Basic Command Unit. I am a French Citizen born in Toulouse and spent a great deal of my childhood in Central Africa and the Middle East I speak Arabic in many dialects as well as English!
