Far Bletchley neighbourhood
Local priorities
The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:
- Parking. Key concerns arise from parking on verges, road sides and on bends. Severn Way and Mersey Way have been mentioned as priority areas.
- Anti-social behaviour. This comes from the use of mini-motos and quad bikes, ball games and loud car music around the Youth Centre on Derwent Drive and Windmill Hill Drive
- Rubbish around Whaddon Way shops and Derwent Drive. There are incidents of fly-tipping and rubbish is dropped when people walk from shops or rubbish bags put out too early.
These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
