Lakes Estate neighbourhood

Local priorities

After consultation with the communities in the neighbourhood, the following priorities were identified:

  1. Anti-social behaviour - estate-wide, concentrated around Nevis Grove and Serpentine Court.
  2. Fly tipping – neighbourhood-wide problem, including Serpentine Court.
  3. Parking - affecting Garry Close, Laidon, Leven, Gairloch and Strangford.

Neighbourhood Action Group

These issues are now being tackled by the Neighbourhood Action Group (NAG) made up of local residents and partner organisations.
