Olney neighbourhood

Local priorities

After consultation with the communities in the neighbourhood, the following priorities were identified:

  1. Traffic issues. Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV), heavy traffic on the High Street, speeding and parking.
  2. Alcohol misuse/rowdy behaviour/criminal damage - at the Cemetery, Recreation Field and Quaker Gardens.

Neighbourhood Action Group

These issues are now being tackled by the Neighbourhood Action Group (NAG) made up of local residents and partner organisations.
