Bicester Rural South neighbourhood

Local priorities

After consultation with the communities in the neighbourhood, the following priorities were identified:

1. Speeding. Motorists exceed speed limit on Station Road Lower Heyford, Ploughley Road Ambrosden, Station Road Blackthorn and the A4421 Newton Purcell.
2. Parking. There are parking issues outside the primary school on Alchester Road Chesterton, Hardwick Road Hethe and the High Street Upper Heyford.
3. Anti-Social behaviour is prevalent in the summer. Details will be added accordingly when incidents occur.

These issues are now being tackled by the Neighbourhood Action Group (NAG) made up of local residents and partner organisations.
