Abingdon Road neighbourhood
Local priorities
The following priorities have been identified by the community and the police:
- Anti-social behaviour. There are incidents about unruly, drunken and rowdy people along Walton Street and surrounding areas. This includes drunken people leaving city and local drinking establishments late at night.
- Vandalism, graffiti and criminal damage; graffiti series in West Oxford and early hour criminal damage to motor vehicles in side roads off Botley Road
- Drug dealing and use; particularly Hinksey Park and surrounding areas
These are being dealt with by your neighbourhood policing team in partnership with residents and other agencies. Progress will be reported in the Neighbourhood updates.
