Question

How many attacks in Oxfordshire by pupils on teachers, teaching assistants or other school staff, have involved weapons in the past five years, starting with 2009. With each incident can the force tell us the date of the attack, the location – ie the school – and the location inside the school or school grounds, including whether or not the attack took place in the classroom. Can the force also tell us if officers attended at the incident or subsequently and what action was taken as a result. How many pupils have been charged with offences and how many cases went to court? How many teachers have been injured as a result of being stabbed by pupils? How many teachers have been injured as a result of being attacked by pupils using weapons other than knives? What other weapons have been used in these incidents? How many pupils have been injured as a result of being stabbed by other pupils? How many pupils have been injured as a result of being attacked by other pupils using weapons other than knives?
