Chief officer pay and rewards are published in the Chief Constable's Statement of Accounts 2015-16, pages 44-46 show 10 Officers' Remuneration.



On the 16 July 2015 the Senior Salaries Review Body (SSRB) published its report on chief officer pay. The Home Secretary agreed a 1% increase in base pay for chief officers in England, Wales and a 1% increase on incremental pay points at assistant chief constable and equivalent rank, and on London weighting with effect from 1 September 2015.
