This request, reference HQ/PA/1813/15, was received on Tuesday 28 July 2015, 9:32am.

1. How many persons aged 65 and over have been reported to your force for committing sexual offences (under all offences listed under the Sexual Offences Act 2003): 2012 2013 2014 2015 (so far) Please break the information down in calendar years (January-January) for each year requested. I would be grateful if you could provide details for both ‘all offences reported’ (regardless of the outcome) - and ‘offences charged.’ I require the information reported to your force in the years mentioned - including where the offence itself may have been alleged to have occurred in previous years. However, the information I am requiring relates to the age that person was at the time of offence (over 65). 2. If possible, break the above information down by age bracket.
