How to make a complaint
Thames Valley Police takes complaints very seriously. All complaints are handled by the Professional Standards Department.
You can make a complaint to by:

You can also make a complaint in person by visiting your local police station and asking to speak to a sergeant, inspector or supervisor.
How to make a complaint against the Chief Constable
The Police and Crime Commissioner's office has a statutory duty to consider complaints against the Chief Constable.

Please note that the Commissioner's Office cannot investigate complaints made anonymously.
