How to give feedback or make a complaint
It's always nice to hear how happy you are with the service that you've received from Thames Valley Police. We will make sure any praise for an officer or member of staff is passed on to them personally and shared across the force as good practice.
Thames Valley Police takes complaints very seriously. All complaints are handled by the Professional Standards Department.
Alternatively you can give feedback or make a complaint by:

You can also make a complaint in person by visiting your local police station and asking to speak to a sergeant, inspector or supervisor.
How to make a complaint against the Chief Constable
The Police and Crime Commissioner's office has a statutory duty to consider complaints against the Chief Constable.

Please note that the Commissioner's Office cannot investigate complaints made anonymously.
