How to give feedback or make a complaint

It's always nice to hear how happy you are with the service that you've received from Thames Valley Police. We will make sure any praise for an officer or member of staff is passed on to them personally and shared across the force as good practice.

Thames Valley Police takes complaints very seriously. All complaints are handled by the Professional Standards Department.
