Notice of Accelerated Misconduct Hearing – Former PC A
A public Accelerated Misconduct Hearing will take place in connection with a former Thames Valley Police officer. The hearing will commence at 2.30pm on Monday 5 October 2026 and will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams before the Chief Constable, Jason Hogg.
The former officer is alleged to have engaged in unwanted physical contact with two female colleagues whilst off duty. It is alleged that this conduct amounts to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour and constitutes gross misconduct.
The Chief Constable has directed that this hearing will be held in public however due to ongoing criminal proceedings, the officer will be anonymised throughout.
Pursuant to Reg 53(5) and (6) of the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020, any written representations can be made, by the media, by midday on Monday 28 September 2026 to [email protected]

Attend a misconduct hearing | Thames Valley Police
Anyone who is not pre-registered by midday on Thursday 1st October 2026 will not be allowed into the hearing.
As a condition of entry, you will be required to comply with the following:
- You must register and produce valid identification, (which will only be used to confirm your identity and will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations) if requested
- The chair will identify any reporting restrictions that members of the public or the media must adhere to be granted access to the hearing,
- The chair prohibits the taking of photographs and the use of film or sound recording equipment during the hearing, except for official use.
- No-one attending the public hearing shall either intervene in or interrupt the running of the hearing,
- Should anyone breach these conditions of entry, or any of the conditions set by the hearing chair they will be removed from the link and may also be excluded from any future hearings.
