Notice of Accelerated Misconduct Hearing – Former PC Nor Boukdir

A public misconduct hearing will take place in connection with a former Thames Valley Police officer.

The hearing will commence at 11.30am on Monday 5^th October 2026 and will be conducted via MS Teams before the Chief Constable Jason Hogg. 

The officer was arrested on suspicion of drink driving his personal motor vehicle whilst off duty. Former PC Boukdir pleaded guilty to the offence and was disqualified from driving for 12 months and given a fine of £120 and costs of £85. In doing so the officer has breached the standards of professional behaviour in relation to Discreditable Conduct.

Anyone who is not pre-registered by midday on Thursday 1^st October 2026 will not be allowed into the hearing.

As a condition of entry, you will be required to comply with the following:

1. You must register and produce valid identification, (which will only be used to confirm your identity and will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations) if requested
2. The chair will identify any reporting restrictions that members of the public or the media must adhere to be granted access to the hearing,
3. The chair prohibits the taking of photographs and the use of film or sound recording equipment during the hearing, except for official use.
4. No-one attending the public hearing shall either intervene in or interrupt the running of the hearing,
5. Should anyone breach these conditions of entry, or any of the conditions set by the hearing chair they will be removed from the link and may also be excluded from any future hearings.
