A public misconduct hearing will take place at Thames Valley Police HQ South, 169 Oxford Road, Kidlington, England, OX5 2NX, before Former Chief Constable Melanie Dales. The hearing is scheduled to last for five days and will commence at 10am on Monday 15th June 2026.
The allegations relate to inappropriate and sexualised comments made towards a female colleague.
It is alleged that PC Symm has breached the standards of professional behaviour Authority, Respect and Courtesy, Equality and Diversity, Orders and Instructions and Discreditable Conduct.
This is a public hearing, and available space will limit numbers attending to six people, including members of the media. If you wish to attend, you will be required to pre-register by completing the relevant form using the link below:
