On this page, we hold an updated year to date list of misconduct hearing outcomes for Thames Valley Police officers.
This list will be updated every month and will contain the last 12 months’ of archived outcomes.

You will need to provide the date of the misconduct hearing and the name of the officer.
Allegation(s): Engaged in a course of sexually inappropriate behaviour towards female colleagues, including unwanted sexual comments, sexual propositions and non-consensual sexual touching while on duty.
Breach(es): Breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Authority, Respect and Courtesy; and Discreditable Conduct.
Outcome: Would have been dismissed without notice had the officer still been serving, following a finding of gross misconduct. A report will be submitted to the College of Policing for inclusion on the Barred List.
Allegation(s): Made inappropriate and sexualised comments about female members of the public and officers. He had also engaged in unwanted physical contact with two female colleagues.
Breach(es): Authority, Respect, and Courtesy, Equality and Diversity, and Discreditable Conduct.
Outcome: Would have been dismissed without notice had the officer still been serving, following a finding of gross misconduct. A report will be submitted to the College of Policing for inclusion on the Barred List.
