20 - 21 July 2026 – Former PC

Allegation(s): Engaged in a course of sexually inappropriate behaviour towards female colleagues, including unwanted sexual comments, sexual propositions and non-consensual sexual touching while on duty.  

Breach(es): Breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Authority, Respect and Courtesy; and Discreditable Conduct.  

Outcome: Would have been dismissed without notice had the officer still been serving, following a finding of gross misconduct. A report will be submitted to the College of Policing for inclusion on the Barred List.

15 - 17 July – Former PC

Allegation(s): Made inappropriate and sexualised comments about female members of the public and officers. He had also engaged in unwanted physical contact with two female colleagues. 

Breach(es): Authority, Respect, and Courtesy, Equality and Diversity, and Discreditable Conduct. 

Outcome: Would have been dismissed without notice had the officer still been serving, following a finding of gross misconduct. A report will be submitted to the College of Policing for inclusion on the Barred List. 

28 - 30 April 2026 – Former PS

• Allegation(s): Engaged in a course of inappropriate behaviour towards a junior colleague, including excessive unwanted contact, personal and sexualised comments, attempts at unwanted physical contact, and persistently seeking physical affection despite clear refusal. 
• Breach(es): Breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Authority, Respect and Courtesy; and Discreditable Conduct. 
• Outcome: Would have been dismissed without notice had the officer still been serving, following a finding of gross misconduct. A report will be submitted to the College of Policing for inclusion on the Barred List. 

11 - 12 May 2026 – inspector

• Allegation(s): The hearing considered allegations that the inspector had breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to honesty and integrity and discreditable conduct. While off duty on 1 June 2025, he was stopped by a police constable and found to be driving his personal vehicle without valid insurance. 
• Breach(es): No breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to honesty and integrity and discreditable conduct were proven. 
• Outcome: The panel found that none of the allegations were proven and that the inspector had not breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour.  

22 - 23 April 2026 – PC

• Allegation(s): Intentionally touched a colleague’s breasts without consent after being asked not to, amounting to unwanted conduct of a sexual nature. 
• Breach(es): Breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Equality and Diversity; Authority, Respect and Courtesy; and Discreditable Conduct. 
• Outcome: Dismissed without notice. A report will be submitted to the College of Policing for inclusion on the barred list. 

25 March 2026 - Former PC

• Allegation(s): While undergoing his initial recruit training at Sulhamstead, the former PC engaged in a sustained pattern of discriminatory, derogatory, and offensive behaviour. 
• Breach(es): Authority, Respect & Courtesy, Equality & Diversity, Orders & Instructions, and Discreditable Conduct 
• Outcome: Conduct amounted to Gross Misconduct. The former PC would have been dismissed had he remained a serving officer and his name will be included on the public barred list.

18 February 2026 - Former PS

• Allegation(s): While working with another police force engaging in a sexual relationship with a member of staff junior to them which was an abuse of position. Engaged in sexual activity whilst on duty, on police premises. 
• Breach(es): Breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Discreditable Conduct. 
• Outcome: Had they not previously resigned they would’ve been dismissed without notice. They have been placed on the College of Policing’s Barred list.  

9 - 10 March 2026 – PC

• Allegation(s): Shared and failed to challenge inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory and sexualised messages in a WhatsApp group while serving with Northamptonshire Police in 2020.
• Breach(s): Authority, Respect and Courtesy; Equality and Diversity; Challenging and Reporting Improper Conduct; Confidentiality; Discreditable Conduct.
• Outcome: Conduct amounted to gross misconduct. Issued an extended final written warning lasting four years.

20 Feb 2026 -Former PC  

• Allegation(s): Was due to work a nightshift, but instead chose to attend a wedding reception and claimed they were unwell. 
• Breach(s): Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Honesty and Integrity, Authority, Respect and Courtesy, Duties and Responsibilities, and Discreditable Conduct.   
• Outcome: Gross misconduct. PC would have been dismissed had they remained a serving officer.  

28 Jan 2026 - Former PC and detective sergeant

• Allegation(s): Reporting restrictions in place so cannot publish full details. 
• Breach(s): Reporting restrictions in place so cannot publish full details. 
• Outcome: Gross misconduct. PC would have been dismissed had he remained a serving officer and the detective sergeant was dismissed without notice. 

29 December 2025 - Former PC

• Allegation(s): Produced a positive sample of alcohol when tested of 50μg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Authorised Professional Practice (APP) for police sets the limit at 13 µg of alcohol per 100 ml of breath. This threshold ensures officers are fully alert, unimpaired, and capable of responding effectively to public safety incidents.
• Breach(s): Discreditable conduct, Orders and Instructions, Fitness for Duty.
• Outcome: Conduct amounted to gross misconduct and would have been dismissed had the officer not resigned. Name to be added to College of Policing's barred list

 23 December 2025 - Former PC

• Allegation(s): While still a serving officer undertook a “with cause drug test”. The sample produced a non-negative result. Further laboratory testing proved the officer had taken cocaine.
• Breach(s): Discreditable conduct.
• Outcome: Conduct amounted to gross misconduct and would have been dismissed had the officer not resigned. Name to be added to College of Policing’s barred list.

 15 December 2025 - Former PC

• Allegation(s): Knowingly gave false accounts of inappropriate behaviour by a colleague during an arrest; falsely claimed to have been assaulted at court; made four false entries on police records regarding victim wishes for Victim Personal Statements.
• Breach(s): Honesty and Integrity, Discreditable Conduct.
• Outcome: Conduct amounted to gross misconduct. Officer had resigned; panel determined the officer would have been dismissed. Name to be added to the College of Policing’s barred List. 

3 December 2025 – Former PC

• Allegation(s): Dishonesty in recording victim’s wishes regarding an assault allegation. Failure to progress the investigation or correct inaccurate records. 

• Breach(s): Honesty and Integrity, Duties and Responsibilities, Discreditable Conduct. 

• Outcome: Conduct amounted to gross misconduct. Officer had resigned; panel determined he would have been dismissed. Name to be added to the Barred List. 

3 - 6 November 2025 - PC

• Allegation(s): Sexual assault of a female colleague (PC X) at a social event. 

• Breach(s): Discreditable Conduct; Authority, Respect and Courtesy. 

• Outcome: Allegations were not proved. 

30 October 2025 – PC

• Allegation(s): Made inappropriate and sexualised comments to a colleague, demonstrating a pattern of offensive, disrespectful, and discriminatory behaviour. 

• Breach(s): Discreditable Conduct, Honesty and Integrity (lack of Integrity only), Authority, Respect and Courtesy. 

• Outcome: The officer was dismissed without notice.

24 October 2025 – PC

• Allegation(s): Failed to take adequate safeguarding steps, did not properly assess the risks, and allowed the suspect to leave the scene. He also gave an allegedly dishonest account regarding his use of a police device (PRONTO) during the incident. 

• Breach(s): Duties and Responsibilities, Discreditable Conduct, Honesty and Integrity. 

• Outcome: The panel found that the officer’s actions fell short of expected standards but did not amount to misconduct or gross misconduct. 

7 October 2025 – Former DC

• Allegation(s): The former officer formed an inappropriate relationship with a vulnerable woman, used force systems to see information about her, and shared sensitive information with her. 

• Breach(s): Honesty and Integrity; Authority, Respect and Courtesy; Duties and Responsibilities; Confidentiality; and Discreditable Conduct. 

• Outcome: The former officer would have been dismissed without notice and has also been placed on the College of Policing’s barred list.

18 September 2025 – Former Special Constable

• Allegation(s): The former officer made fraudulent financial claims while serving as a Special Constable to the amount of £21,672.73, to which he was not entitled. The former officer also had in his possession police Captor spray, contrary to Section 5 of the Firearms Act. He was subsequently sentenced to a suspended two years’ imprisonment and ordered to complete 250 hours of unpaid work. 

• Breach(s): Honesty and Integrity, Orders and Instructions, Discreditable Conduct. 

• Outcome: The former officer would have been dismissed without notice were he still serving. He has also been placed on the College of Policing’s barred list.

4 March 2025 – Former PC

• Allegation(s): Between 4 August and 9 November 2023 at various locations, the former PC formed an inappropriate relationship with a victim of crime, a woman aged in her late teens and engaged in sexual intercourse with her. 

• Breach(s): Authority Respect and Courtesy, Honesty and Integrity, Orders and Instructions, and Discreditable Conduct 

• Outcome: Officer was dismissed without notice and placed on the College of Policing’s Barred List, preventing him from future employment in policing.
